In-App Translation
The In-App Translation feature in the EverYoung AI app offers three types of translation to break language barriers effortlessly. To access these options, open the EverYoung AI app and tap the Voice button to activate them. Initially, the options will appear in gray. Once you click the Voice button, they will turn green, indicating they are ready for use. Choose the desired option to start translating seamlessly!
Direct Translation
Text Input
- Choose the target language from the "Language List" at the top.
- Tap on the "Text" option at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your sentence and press "Enter."
- The AI will instantly translate the text and display the result.
Voice Input
- Choose the target language from the "Language List" at the top.
- Press and hold the "Microphone" icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Speak your sentence and release the "Microphone" icon.
- The AI will instantly translate your voice and display the result.
Face-to-Face Translation
If you're with someone who speaks a different language, AI can act as a translator, enabling smooth, real-time conversations without language barriers.
- Language Selection: Select the two languages for the conversation from the language selection list at the top.
- Start the Conversation: Begin speaking, and the AI will automatically detect the spoken language and translate it.
- Real-Time Translation: Continue the conversation, and the AI will seamlessly translate each reply.
Image Translation
- Select the target language from the "Language List" at the top.
- Tap on the "Image" option at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose the image source:
- Select "From Media Library" to upload an existing image.
- Select "From Camera" to capture a new image (allow the app to access your camera if prompted).
- AI will process the image and provide the translated text.
Troubleshooting Tips
If you encounter issues while using the Translation feature, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps.
AI Not Responding
If the AI is not translating or seems to be delayed, try typing "Hi" or restart the session to reset the flow.
Time-Out Error
If the app times out, close it completely from the background and reopen it to start fresh.
Persistent Issues
If errors persist, sign out and back in. If that fails, reinstall the app from your app store.
Auto-Update Problems
Auto-updates may cause issues. Uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure a fresh and stable setup.
